The General Assembly, in which the activities of DemirDöküm for the year 2007, were discussed, has been held in Divan Hotel on June 6, 2008. The shareholders, who attended the meeting, have been informed concerning the invitation process. The shareholders, who spoke at the end of the meeting, stated that they had confidence in the new management of DemirDöküm and wished success. 

Chairman Rolf Claes Erik Göransson - Vaillant GMBH CEO, Deputy Chairman Vaillant Turkey Country Manager and DemirDöküm General Manager Cristoph Michael Grosser , Member Dieter Johannes Müller - Vaillant GMBH CEO and Member Orhan Ercek DemirDöküm Vice General Directorate for Finance Affairs have been re-elected to the Board of Directors for another year in the office.

Musa Erol and Yavuz Baylan, the members of the Board of Auditors, have also been re-elected to the Board of Auditors for a term of 1 year.
