1 - ''Patent League Awards'' presented to the winners by Turkish Patent Institute at a ceremony organized on August 23, 2006 in Ankara are intended to encourage the inventions and efforts aiming technologic development in Turkey as well as to increase people's awareness on the patents.

By taking place among the first 10 companies making most of the patent applications in 2005, DemirDöküm was entitled to receive the ''Patent League'' award from TPE.

At the ceremony organized, the award was received by General Manager Bülent Lütfü Kızıltan in the name of DemirDöküm. Mr. Kızıltan said: ''Obviously, such awards encourage us to make inventions and get patents. We will work even harder for our country.'' 

Setting its vision as ''Being one of the first 3 companies around the world in the heating industry in 2010'', DemirDöküm will continue to make a difference with its new products to be manufactured basing on its own technology and its R&D activities.
 
2 - DemirDöküm was awarded within the context of ''Human Respect Awards'' by Kariyer.Net in the year 2006 for being one of the companies which care most to reply the candidate applications.

As a result of the evaluation carried out by Kariyer.Net in various cities for the awards of ''Human Respect and Best Designed Institutional Announce'' contest, DemirDöküm was judged to deserve the Human Respect Award in Bursa region in 2006.
