DEMİRDÖKÜM PARTICIPATED IN ISH - FRANKFURT FAIR

The most important fair in connection with heating industry organized in Europe, ISH Fair took place this year in Frankfurt, Germany between the dates 15 - 19 March 2005. It is noted that the interest in the said Fair organized every two years was very high this year in comparison to the previous one.

DemirDöküm participated in the Fair in a two levels stand of 108 sqm situated in Hall 8 where important European competitors of the subject industry were present. Besides the entirety of its existing export range products, DemirDöküm exhibited also newly designed products in the Fair.

Making evaluations on the success of the Fair, DemirDöküm General Manager B. Lütfü Kızıltan reminded that DemirDöküm performs export to 38 countries. Kızıltan underlined that DemirDöküm's export has reached 140 million Dollars last year and they expected an important rise particularly in the combined boilers in 2005 as well. Kızıltan stated that, in parallel to the principle of growing and developing based on technology, they targeted to become the production center of Europe and he stressed that DemirDöküm has become a group performing in 6 different countries with 7 companies.

On the other hand, while all of the products presented on the stand attracted great interest of visitors throughout the Fair, DemirDöküm's new combined boiler Premix Kombi was at the top of this interest. Particularly, the demands for combined boilers coming from European countries demonstrated that DemirDöküm has become one of the important combined boiler producers of Europe. During the Fair, DemirDöküm's newly designed cast iron boilers were subject to the high interest of visitors especially from Eastern European countries. As regards to DemirDöküm's Compact Water heaters, they mostly attracted the attention of European and North African countries.
