ISH Fair, which is the most important European fair organization of heating sector, was realized this year in Frankfurt - Germany between the dates 25th and 29th March 2003. It was observed that above-mentioned fair, which is organized once in every 2 years, drew more intensive attention with respect to the previous one.

DemirDöküm, participated to the fair by two stands in Halle-8, one of them was 132 square meter - double floor and the other stand was 35 square meter - single floor, where European important competitors of its sector were existent. DemirDöküm exhibited its new kombi range, new DKY Building Heating System Boiler fired by Solid Fuels and new designed Banyopan (Bath-pan), besides all of its present export products range, in the fair.

Mr. Melih Batılı, General Manager of DemirDöküm, who evaluated the success obtained on this fair, reminded that DemirDöküm exports to 38 countries. Mr. Batılı indicated that DemirDöküm has realized an export of 53 Million Euros within the last year and their export target for the year 2003 is 65 Million Euros. Mr. Batılı, who stated that they targeted to become Production Centrum of Europe as parallel to technology supported enlargement and development principle, underlined that DemirDöküm is a company dominating to national market, however their main goal is to be a global player in foreign markets.

On the other hand, DemirDöküm's new kombi attracted the maximum interest, while all of the exhibited products have faced with intensive interest from visitors. Particularly, the requests received from European customers became an indicator that DemirDöküm has come to the status of being one of the most important European kombi producers. Also, the new designed building heating system boiler fired with solid fuels was admired especially by visitors coming from East European countries and DemirDöküm's instant water heaters received the most of concern from South American, European and North African countries.
